Why is it so difficult to get onto Garmin Accounting staff?

Why is it so difficult to get onto Garmin Accounting staff since COVID started?

Now that COVID has effectively completed its course and companies are insisting their staff come back to the office, why is it still so difficult to get onto accounts staff at Garmin Eastern Creek.

There are no accounting staff at the office and the phone calls are not answered. It is as though they have all been fired or are on permanent leave.

I call it Covid Apathy (or maybe post Covid Apathy now), in virtually every aspect of daily life you find someone working from home even though they can't really do their job from home or have found some other Covid loophole which means they don't have to supply the same level of service they did 2 years ago, unfortunately getting rid of Covid may prove to be easier than getting rid of the apathy
