4 digit postcode update?

Hi all, i bought a Garmin Drive 50LMT as it has world maps but it only has 4 digit postcodes, is there a way to update it to 7 digit postcodes?

Looked online & can only find how to do it for tom-toms, not garmins!

The postcode information is 'built-in' to the map you are using, if your Nuvi has CN (City Navigator) maps it should allow full 6 / 7 digit postcode search, try enabling the CN map and disable the World map in 'my-Maps'

Also when entering the postcode don't use spaces, i.e. enter 6 / 7 charters as a single 'word'
