Best GPS for Northern italy?

    I see GPS questions are popular, its hard to find solid info. But, I am going to Lucca area and want to be able to walk and drive anywhere with reliability and as much accuracy as possible. If anyone can relate their experiences in that area with any GPS, that would be great.
