cross correlated receivers

Our department has EPOCH50 GNSS receiver. I need to know that this receiver can perform cross-correlation or not? When I check the rinex, I always see;

CARRIER PHASE MEASUREMENTS: PHASE SHIFTS REMOVED

is this something related cross correlation?
