Garmin Monterra

    I have been given a Garmin Monterra I updated the firmware and tried to access Gmail, however, despite being absolutely certain i'm putting in the correct username and password I keep getting the 'wrong username or password' message.
    To triple check I logged out of my Google account on my laptop and logged back in successfully.
    Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?

    Possible problems with passwords being rejected include :-

    • Garmin not allowing some non alpha- numeric characters, eg :- !@#$%^&
    • A time restriction where you are not allowed enough time to enter the password
    Have you successfully logged into other password protected sites?, if so do they contain the same non alpha-numeric characters ?
