hello! I am new here and I desperately need your help. my garmin nuvicam device is not being recognized by three computers till now. I tried everything, I changed 4 USB cables, i Changed Usb settings, I changed device settings in mass device, and no succes. I do not know what else to do. thank you

Have you tried used any Garmin products with your Nuvicam?, Garmin Basecamp and Garmin Express should 'see' your device
