RTK vs DGPS for (very) high latitudes

Hello,

Just looking for guidance on a relatively simple system to use at latitudes above 75 degrees north.

Used for surveying locations etc, so being packable would be a major advantage.

Talking in very general terms, I think it is fairly well established that RTK out performs DGPS in accuracy, I can't see that this would be any different towards the poles where coverage isn't so good
