Tomtom go 500 or garmin 3597lmthd

Hi,
A little help please

I bought the tomtom go 500 and exchange it for the garmin 3597lmthd because I read that hd traffic is the best , and I didn't like the new interface and the way to look for addresses in the tomtom that much, now using the garmin I don't see the traffic option working very nice, and I have a friend that has the tomtom and told me that this is very good, so if somebody know about this 2 gps give me some light , I only have a couple of days to return the garmin.

Tomtom Traffic is much better as is the routing. The Garmin interface is really nice, but the main objective is to get you from point a to point b and avoid traffic.
