What type of Coordinate is this?

I've been trying to understand what type of coordinates are these:

N30 53.266 W4 00.723
N30 53.812 W4 00.365
N30 53.866 W4 00.166

There are no GPS degree, minutes and seconds?!
Could you help me with this location coordinates, please?

There are lots of different formats for Latitude and Longitude, your examples are in Degrees and Minutes (NO Seconds), have a look at example 2 in this explanation :-

Could you please explain me how can I use the coordinates in Google Earth or Maps, so I can see the locations?

Example:
Altitude: 698 m a.s.1. Coordinates: N30 53.266 W4 00.723

When I copy the coordinates in Google Earth or Map they contain Degrees, Minutes and Seconds?!
How I can use the coordinates accurately?

Google Earth will accept co-ordinates in this format, if you goto search and enter :-

N30 53.266 W4 00.723

It will display a region in Morocco, Note it may display your entered co-ordinates in a different format, but it is the same place

Yes, it is in Morocco. I am planning to visit that country and want to visit some sites. I think Google gives wrong location of the places because they are not the same as the once shown on the map. Please see the attach files. - Any idea?!
