GPS watch device offline

Hi i bought my kids watch here in newzealand but it says device is offline how do i fix that

I am in Sydney Australia, and I have a Aibelle watch for my son which we have been using before but now it says offline and we can’t send messages, but we can still make phone calls. Please can you assist,

I set IP for Europe but it doesn't help. Then I've checked Imei and it was different than on the sticker. After updating by SMS, device started to work!

Hi,

i purchased the Q12 kids watch and am able to call and receive call to/from the watch. however from the setracker app i get the error device offline whenever i try to add phone #s etc.
i looked and this forums answers and tried to change the IP using pw,123456,ip,54.169.10.136,8001# however the IP never changes. below is the sms i receive when sending the command pw,123456,ts#

So my watch says offline . it can only recieve calls and not text messages or locate gps or add contacts. I attached the photo to the response i got. Also when i set the APN it replied with ' APN ok'
But still don't work

I am used to the Setracker2 software and have a new GPS watch. When I send the SMS command to the number nothing happens and on the app map only lbs is picket up, no GPS. Please help

Hi, i bought a 2g GPRS watch for my daughter. Using Setracker2 i can call the watch but cant see its location or change any setting of watch from app. It says "Device Offline: there is probably no network coverage or its off"
Sim have balance and internet connectivity. I already tried few things by sending sms to watch.
Initially IP address was from Hongkong, i change it to Qatar (my location)

Any body can help??

Hi, jist purchased two of these second hand and now found out that kidsnav won't support second hand watches .

device offline check coverage is the error i get everywhere on both watches.

I have bound them to the app and purchased 2 brand new 1pmobile sims with £10 credit, both are live (i have checked status). I can call one of the watches only. Every other function pretty much i get this error. I think they work similar to se tracker watches after reading another thread.

Sorry i have hidden these two mobile numbers as im not sure what they relate to, they are not the numbers of the sim i have purchased.

Im thinking maybe ip needs to be set to my UK location?

I'd be most grateful for any feedback. Seems such a waste to bin them (and have spent money on them) when they otherwise seem to work.
