What are these files for? Are they old current files? What should I do with them?
GPX files can contain Waypoints (Points Of Interest ), Routes and Tracks, if the files were automatically produced by the Nuvi, they are probably Tracks recording past trips you have made. You can view these Tracks if to connect your Nuvi to a computer running Garmin Basecamp, it may also be possible to view them on the Nuvi itself as some units allow you to view 'Where I have Been', and flip through a selection of dates that were recorded
